Marie Lodato Crinnion founded the firm in 1993. Ms. Crinnion received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1983 from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, her Masters degree in Business Administration in 1985 from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, and her Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 1992.

Marie is a past trustee of the Ferguson Municipal Library Board of Trustees (1999-2005) and is currently serving on the Ferguson Park Board.

Marie is a member of the Missouri Bar Association,St. Louis County Bar Association, and the St. Charles County Bar Association. She admitted to practice in the State of Missouri and the United States Supreme Court.
