Mark A. Crinnion

Mark A. Crinnion is an associate member of the firm. He joined the firm in 1995. Mr. Crinnion received his bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1984 from the University of Missouri, and his Juris Doctorate in 1995 from St. Louis University School of Law. Mr. Crinnion is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Crinnion was a member of the Ferguson Municipal Public Library Board of Trustees (1997-1999). He is a past member of the Ferguson City Council (1999 - 2005), serving as Council representative to the Ferguson Pension Board, Council representative to the Ferguson Municipal Public Library District, and Council representative to the Ferguson Neighborhood Improvement Program.

Mr. Crinnion's areas of practice include Corporate Law, Taxation, Estates and Trusts, and Real Estate.

Mr. Crinnion is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and is admitted to practice in the State of Missouri and the United States Supreme Court.
